Soirée Sleepover Process
Submit Your Contact Form
Begin by filling out our contact form. Simply choose the Date of your party, Slumber Soirée Sleepover theme, number of guests to invite. We prefer guest to book at least three weeks or more in advance to ensure they get their desired party date.
Reserve Your Date
After we receive your contact form we will send over our pricing, and options specific to your request. When you are ready to book we will confirm availability. Then we will send over a proposal and invoice options to secure your Soirée Sleepover date. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled sleepover date.
Invite Your Guests
Select from our 3 predesigned complimentary invites. Once you approve your digital invitation. You can begin to send your invites to your guests to attend an unforgettable, themed experience!
Review Guidelines + Reminders
One week prior to your event we will contact you confirming the details of setup, pickup, and final guest count. We will also send you a brochure highlighting our soirée sleepover guidelines and reminders. Please review this prior to your sleepover and feel free to ask any questions leading up to your party day.
Party Day!
The day of your event our team will deliver and set-up your stylish theme choice. Please make sure to have space cleared prior to us arriving. We will pick-up all of the items the next day. Making your experience hassle free so you can spend more time with your guests.
